Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the products and services provided through the Shopify store operated by our shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”). By using the Store, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all transactions and use of services between the customer and the Store.

Article 2 (Product Orders)
Customers shall place orders in accordance with the procedures specified by the Store. An order shall be deemed accepted upon the Store’s transmission of an order confirmation email.

Article 3 (Pricing and Payment)
Product prices, shipping fees, and any other applicable charges are displayed on the product pages or checkout screen. Payment shall be made using the payment methods designated by the Store.

Article 4 (Shipping)
The Store will ship ordered products to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions and destination regions.

Article 5 (International Shipping and Customs Duties)
For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and customs clearance fees may be imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. All products are shipped from Japan.

Article 6 (Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds)
We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us promptly after receiving your order. We will carefully review the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable laws and our policies.

As many of our products are prepared and shipped based on individual orders, we are generally unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons unrelated to product defects or shipping errors. Examples include, but are not limited to, the following:

• The product did not match the customer’s personal expectations
• The size, dimensions, color, or appearance differed from expectations after purchase
• The order was placed incorrectly by the customer
• The product is no longer needed
• Any other reason attributable to the customer

To help ensure a satisfactory shopping experience, we kindly ask customers to review product descriptions, specifications, sizes, dimensions, and other relevant information carefully before placing an order. Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights related to images, text, logos, designs, and other content displayed by the Store belong to the Store or the respective rights holders.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Store shall not be liable for any damages arising from natural disasters, communication failures, circumstances involving shipping carriers, or any other causes beyond the Store’s reasonable control. The Store’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 9 (Amendments to the Terms)
The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms as necessary. Any amendments shall become effective upon being posted on the Store’s website.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Store’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Store as the court of first instance.
